Biography

Sandeep Jagani holds a Ph.D. in Manufacturing and Technology Management from the University of Toledo. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA. He is a Certified Six-Sigma Green Belt by ASQ. He has worked for six years in manufacturing operations. His articles have been published in the Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, the International Journal of Production Economics, the Journal of Cleaner Production, and the Journal of Services Marketing.
