Biography
Cass Hermacinski is an Instructional Assistant Professor at Illinois State University, bringing a diverse professional background to the classroom. With over five years of experience in Human Resources, including two years as an HR Director, Cass combines practical leadership with academic insight. In addition to HR, he has 10 years of general management experience and three years in accounting, offering students a well-rounded perspective on management functions and operations.
Cass teaches a variety of courses in the Department of Management, including Recruitment and Selection, Compensation Management, and Introduction to Management. His industry experience enlightens his teaching, helping students bridge the gap between theory and real-world application. Additionally, Cass teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, including those in the Leadership sequence.
